| Best Call/Contact CenterThere have been a lot of talk regarding the call center industry in Central America but the truth is that Nicaragua is the best location due to the language proficiency, cultural afinity and proximity to the United States.The main reason is that a large amount of people inmigrated to the USA in the '80s and came back with high educational levels and desire to work. You dont have the same situation anywhere in Latin America. And, in Nicaragua the first and best center? Well the first center was called Call Center Nicaragua and was purchased by Press 2, which has acquire a new location and by August 2008 will be the largest in the region. | Outsourcing in central America, I do not know much about the outsourcing in this part of the Globe but in Asia there countries that are great in outsourcing like the Philippines and India. Lots of people at those countries speak English very well. But anyway, I hope to learn more about the outsourcing in this place so kindly post here some good information regarding this matter.
